If rebooting Windows ME didn't help and it was fine before then suddenly started
happenning the next time you booted up your PC, sounds like your AGP video card
did not get seated properly by very slightly that you may not be able to tell just by looking at the video card in the AGP slot. Or if your video is integrated like yours, it could be a BIOS issue. Please clear the CMOS via a jumper that clears by changing the jumper to the other setting then after a few seconds but the jumper back in the setting you found it in. Please see your motherboard/PC manual for how to clear the CMOS if available. You are required first to disconnect the ATX power supply connector from the motherboard before
doing this procedure(disconnect the power supply from the motherboard). And NOTICE: After this procedure, IF YOU DON'T GO INTO THE BIOS SETUP and select the
DEFAULT SETTING and SELECT THE SAVE SETTINGS AND EXIT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN AWARD BIOS, IT WILL RESULT IN A CHECKSUM ERROR!!!!!!
