                 NUTRIENTS

            SUPPLEMENT SUGGESTED DOSAGE     COMMENTS



            Alfalfa    10 tablets 3 times   Take for 2 days with a glass of
                       orally.         warm water. A liver cleanser,
                                     rich in vitamins and minerals.

            Lecithin   1 tbsp. beforeAids fat(cholesterol) digestion.
                       meals or in capsule  A fat emulsifier.
                       form as directed.
            Multienzymes Take with meals.    Caution: If heartburn is
            (containing ox             present, use pancreatin after
            bile)                       meals. Do not use products
                                        containing hydrochloric acid
            Unsaturated  As directed on

                Vitamin A  25,000 IU capsules   Emulsified vitamin A is more
