You know, there is a real difference between a person who has
never been more than 20 pounds overweight, and someone who is 100 pounds
over anything considered normal. The one thing I noticed about
NeanderThin is that there is no one who has said to me, "yes, I went from
100 pounds overwight to 5% body fat." It does seem to work, especially
at first. But I don't wiegh myself. I figure a real "primitive"
wouldn't bother. As long as he had enough mass to avoid being blown over
by a strong wind, and little enough mass to avoid sinking in to deep
after a rainfall, why bother knowing exactly how much?
