I know this rule about peanuts. My point was that I am having
difficulty trying to find sunflower seeds, or other nuts that aren't
packaged with, or contaminated by peanuts or peanut oils. I found *one*
brand of cashews that is peanut free, but they are packaged in vegetable
oil! I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this difficulty, or
had any suggestions.
One of my difficulties is that I have turned out to be allergic
to so many foods, that my diet is even more restricted than normal paleo.
I can't eat: grapes, pears, apples, bananas, celery, cucumbers, beef,
chicken, and a number of other things I can't remember at the moment. I
feel hungry all the time, and my intestines are launching an all-out
assault on me. So, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced severe
digestive troubles as their bodies adjusted to the new diet. If it's a
yeast/toxin die-off, then I should just suffer through it. However, if
this reaction is abnormal, then maybe I should stop this diet.
