Since this is the No-Milk list, I am surprised to see a recipe with many
diary ingredients posted here. I know the person's intentions were pure, but
it does seem to be out of place. Even the margarine will likely have Whey in
it. I know the cheeses are listed as optional but lasagna without cheese is
like... well, bathing without water! The main benefit of this recipe is that
it is vegetarian.
