Plantar fascitis is inflamation of the sub-dermal connective tissue that
connects the heel (talus) with the metatarsals of each toe. Some Cpers,
like me, have a very high arch in their feet, causing the foot to be very
short. This tissue is cut and the foot is stretched out and immobilized for
a time when you have a "plantar fascia release"--I've had several.
Hurts like the dickens to walk on the affected foot.

Nice to know I'm not alone in my misery. *grin*
What's "plantar fascitis"? I'm sure I would know, but I can't remember.
We've had heavy rain for several days and it's raining hard right now. Wish
we
could have an entire week of dry weather which we've not had in a few months
-
a entire week without rain, that is.
