I might be wrong here in my thinking, but so often I see individuals with
both parents, other family members a caseworker, social worker and sometimes
many more in the picture, all worried about the welfare of the individual in
question.  Sure this is great having 5-8 people who have your best interests
in mind, but however I feel that sometimes the communication isn't there
among the team, also I feel there's no head person like what I think should
be in a few cases to better organize the happenings.  If I had to have
multiple people on my team, I would request to have a team head, who worked
closely to me and to be the only one who delivers information to me and to
consult me also.
