P.S. To ask a cerebral palsy related question, has your pregnancy beeh =
hard on your body? I am in almost constant pain from muscle spasms, and =
need to take medication for it... I know you can't take medication if =
you are pregnant. I can walk indepently, but has it affected your =
walking at all? Will you have to have a C-section because of your C.P.? =
You can answer me privately if you wish, or choose not to answer at all, =
but these things weigh heavily on my mind at the moment because my =
identical twin sister (who does not have C.P.) just had a baby boy, =
Spencer James, on November 1, and I would love to have children someday, =
too.
Thanks for any information you can provide.

JENN,
Actually, thankyou for asking that question.....and I'll be completely honest
with you..I walked a bit before I got pregnant and I no longer do so for the
obvious fears that I may fall, or lose my balance... I go swimming a lot to
help my muscles adjust to the big change of lack of movement.(swimming is
good for pain relief, too)..I never been on meds because I rarely ever
suffer from bad spasms, but I'm sure there would be some alternative for you
if you do so choose to have children....As for a csection....this is what my
midwife told me (and the dr's agree) and sorry to put so bluntly....if you
can make love "missionary style" then chances are you will also be able to
give birth vaginally....but your dr will make that call based on his/her
judgment....
if you have ANY questions...ask me.....:)
thankyou sooo much for your prayers and for thinking of me!!!!!

Jennifer
