the pain from the physical work may be from the whip used by laura,  now i
am going to hide under my chair.

The block seems to have been a waste of time.  The pain load is not so bad
at rest, but physical work (sweeping, for example) still elicits a torrent
of spasms.  Thanks for asking.

Hey Ken,

Been a busy week last.  Had the final epidural block and had to recover at
home from that.  Just got word that my boss passed away suddenly last night,
so things are pretty somber today.
