Ironically, I feel the complete opposite.  Since lowering my calories and
protein and upping my fats, I have felt FREEZING.  This is not at all "like"
me - I normally have the AC on full blast.  Now I keep turning the thermostat
up and putting on sweaters.  Could this be a thyroid reaction???
