Three coffees a day keeps dementia at bay
By Rachel Ellis
DRINKING at least three cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of
developing alzheimers disease by as much as 60 per cent.

disease, had consumed an average of three to four cups a day since the age of
25. However, those with the debilitating illness drank, on average, just one
cup of coffee each day. Scientists believe it is the caffeine in coffee that
protects against alzheimers, an incurable disorder that causes disorientation
and memory loss
