There is a large Whole Foods grocery store in Palo Alto.  And there
are many "tropical" stores in the area (specializing in foods from
Mexico, the Pacific Islands, etc) that may sell beef from
Tinian/Australia/New Zealand/Argentina.  This is grass-fed beef.
