Alan, this is how i eat. seeing as how i do my foraging at the local
supermarket, whatever is on sale any given week is what i gorge on for that
week. this week, i'm chowing down on chicken thighs at 99 cents a pound.
when chuck roast is on sale, i'll eat that all week. now granted, i don't
eat that food *exclusively*, i also am eating what fruit is in season (and
cheapest), but i'll buy a large quantity of what's on sale and that's what
turns up at many of my meals throughout the week :)
