that's a pretty bleak assessment. you make me not want to even try. I
prefer to keep my more optimistic view of things.

Why does everyone seem to think straight paleo is that much different than
the type of elimination diet that I am talking about?

I want to start with a base of "safe" paleo foods (if I can ever get enough
information to make that determination) and add other paleo foods to it. I
have to admit the candida
issue has been in the back of my mind, but I still see this as a good place
to start. I don't expect all my symptoms to be gone in a month. I just
want to be over my addictions and on the right path by then.

>Good luck.

Thank you. From what you guys are saying, it looks like I'm going to need it.
