45 days is a little too soon to get accurate readings from a new diet.
I heard three months is better. Cholesterol is one of those very
debateable topics. Most doctors are wildly anti-cholesterol, and your
numbers are on the low side, but even much higher numbers do not lead
to higher death rates from heart disease UNLESS it runs in your
family. Low cholesterol is linked to all kinds of bad things,
emotional swings, depression, suicide, even murder and accidental
death, as well as physical problems such as stroke. Like I said, all
very debateable. I prefer the happy calm feeling said to be connected
to a high fat and higher cholesterol diet to the possible three week
life span advantage of a low cholesterol diet. Personal choice.

Cut sugar. Cut saturated fat, exercise more. That is what people on
this list told me when I asked the same question.
