My skin is less dry now, but I eat a lot of fat and it still is dry. I
ate a lot of fat before too. I think something else is part of it.
Genetics probably. I get very dry as soon as the weather gets cold,
which I have read may be an adaptation to conserving heat. Avoiding
hot water helps a lot but I hate to take cold showers in the winter!  ;--)
