I read somewhere that dry skin is caused by not eating enough fat. Does
anyone know whether that's true? Since going paleo I've been eating nearly a
cup of nuts per day, and taking about a gram of fish oil most days, but my
skin is still dry. Isn't that enough fat? Has to be at 60 grams, which seems
like a lot to me. I'm 5'6", 125 lb, if that helps.
