Some. But not immediately. I have been doing it 8 months or so. Most
of the increase is actually reduction of down time, not more energy at
the top. For example my migraine headaches, which I had sometimes 3
times a week, are way down, to once a month or so, and not as serious.
My hay fever seeems a lot less severe too. So I am at "normal" energy
a lot more, with many fewer bad days. I seem to be getting more done too,
but I do not feel much more energetic. A little less tired at the end
of the day.
