Yes. I don't use the curing stuff.

I use the cheap "Mr. Coffee" dehydrator that doesn't have any
temperature settings. I think, however, that it tends to be too
hot, so I place a couple of plastic rulers between the lid and
the top tray, which increases the rate at which the hot air
escapes, and increases the drying time by about 75%. The items
on the bottom trays still dry faster, so I remove them first.
