I am doing very well doing basically Paleo with the addition, at dinnertime
only, some starch...........not highly processed starch, but generally
potatoes or rice or sometimes pasta (pretty processed but not as bad as a
donut!). I don't eat too much fruit, but if I do I only eat raw fruit.
