Many on this list are very knowlegable about the omega 3:6 ratio of specific
foods.  I don't recall seeing much mention about sea vegetables.  I'm sure
dulse, kelps, etc are paleo.

Can anyone out there provide the fatty acid profile of dulse, wakame, hijiki,
sea palm, nori, etc?  I am just interested in Omega 3:6, and the amount in a
cups worth of  cooked or raw.
