Hi--
I am trying to figure out how to read the USDA nutrition charts with
regard to the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids. For
example, English walnuts are supposed to have a reasonable amount of
omega 3's ... but what indicates this? I include the USDA chart for
English walnuts below.
