Lactase, in any form, is not a drug so it is strictly dose-dependent. In
other words, you take enough to counteract the amount of lactose consumed,
not according to the age or weight of who's taking it. How much you need to
take is strictly trial and error, unfortunately. If a little doesn't work,
try more.
