We have that here in Oz, I've seen a few episodes, and liked it.
There was one where the boys had a game going that involved punching
each other on the arm whenever the other one made them look at their
hand. And the kid in the w/c was getting a real pummelling but
eventually got his own back good and proper! I loved it!
We've also just recently got the John Callahan cartoon `Quads', which
I am taping, it has some great lines.
Also starting last night was the show `Oblongs', which if I recall,
there was some discussion about it on this list a few months back.
I'm not in a terrible hurry to watch it.

This isn't a movie but a TV sit/com show here the
states called Malcolm in the Middle. MAlcom is the
middle son who is a intellectual genius. He has a
friend that is in a wc who gasps for breath when he
talks but is included in Malcolms gang of friends and
all thier high jinks. The kids part is the be the
voice of reason, that isn't listened to very often ;).
I like it because you have what others would
considered a medically fragile child( not just a wc
user) being treated as if he wasn't and just part of
    the gang.
