What is wrong with Ohio's police?   First it was Dillery and Sandusky.
Now it's Police Chief Jackson and Columbus.  Jackson made the remark
that no one uses the curbcuts, and raised the ire of persons with
disabilities in Columbus.
Is there something in the water in Ohio which makes the police stupid?
Or is Ohio a totally backward state?   Interested minds want to know!!!
