Rehab will pay for a second college degree IF you meet certain requirements.

Regional Center is a case management thing, you might get some resources from
them, but they don't pay for school. They only pay for medical stuff when
nobody else will. The intake process requires two extensive questionnaires,
and two interviews.

WCIL, is a good place to go to find out what benefits or programs you will
qualify for. They will tell you what VR's requirements are.

UCP *might* very well see the value of a trike. I say, go talk to them!
