I want emphasize that I said, "All maltodextrine made in the UNITED
STATES is made from corn."  Be sure to check the sources of
maltodextrine.  It's possible that some is actually purchased from
Canada or elsewhere, where it can be made from barley or wheat and
marketed in American made products.  Tricky business, this darned GF
