There is a delicious recipe for apple crisp at

and then look for apple crisp under desserts. This recipe uses sorghum flour.
I used more than the 4 c. apples called for because I wanted to use up
the apples I had on hand. Also, I just mixed the cinnamon in with the
topping. For the topping I used real butter instead of margarine and
cut the butter in with a pastry blender.
My husband and three kids all loved it (so did I).
