  Under NT this is called "Terminal Server Edition" (or, third-party,
Citrix WinFrame).  I'm not sure which version(s) of Win 2000 Server
may include this functionality.
  (Note that the second monitor/keyboard/mouse are run off a second
PC connected over a network, but this needn't be a powerful machine --
 the session and any applications run on the server box.)
