Ok,

Here goes... I am working on a PC that keeps crashing. I formatted the
HDD and attempted to reload Win 98, and Win 98 SE and keep getting the
following:

"An exeption OE has occured at 0028:C0003A7F in VXD----. This was
called from 0028:C0003A7F in VXD----."

It pops up at the same time each time I run setup. I have also tried
WinME but it just freezes - with no messages.

It appears to be memory related, although a lot of tech support forums
my colleague and I have found relate to Norton Antivirus...and yet it's
not even installed.

System is a 200Mhz Cyrix with 32 Mb SDRAM and 4gb HDD.

Any help is appreciated.
Neville
