Don't always believe Windows diagnostics.
It seems that the only thing you should do is to doubleclick "my computer"
while holding the "alt" key, and then go to "device manager" and locate
the faulty drivers, and remove them. Then reboot, and let it build the
drivers again (perhaps you will need to also run "install new hardware"
from the control pannel, if After the reboot Windows will not be able to
build the drivers correctly.

BTW, these kind of errors you usually see after flashing the BIOS (because
upgrading the BIOS may cause some drivers not to fit it).

The right place to look for a new BIOS if you insist on it (I believe that
you don't need to do it even though Windows claim it) is the web site of
your motherboard's manufacturer. BIOS is built per motherboard.
