I've got the same board and had to set my RAM this way.
Slot 1 = 64MB
Slot 2 = 32MB
Slot 3 = 16MB
This was the only way I could get all three to work for 112MB total
And I still have BIOS version 1.0.11 or 1.1.0.1 (no updates listed at the
ASUS site)
I was running a PII 266 but am now running a PIII 550
