Dear Friends:

To avoid duplication, the reception which had been scheduled for tonight to welcome the newly hired  teachers has been canceled.  Instead, you are invited to attend the reception by the School District this Thursday, October 4, at the Howard Johnson Hotel, 525 West Johnson Street, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (see message from Eddie Thomas.)

We look forward to seeing you then.

I am late in getting this information to you due to the recent events and
computer problems.  The new teacher reception is October 4, 2001 at Howard Johnson Hotel from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.  Please attend and meet this years group.
