I would suggest using an Excel spreadsheet. You can make four columns. One
of the album name, one of the artist, and one for the song title. Then, the
fourth could be a number you assign to that CD that you could label the case
of in Braille. One row of data for each song title. This is what I do.

Further, you can rip MP3's, and burn up to 15 or CD's per one CD-ROM. You
can get creative in how you categorize these and could assign a number to
the CD-ROM's, too, that you could also include in the spreadsheet. Then,
you can do searches or sorts in the spreadsheet.

I eventually plan to get all of my CD's ripped into MP3's, and get a 160 Gig
hard drive to place them on. I also plan to eventually convert all my audio
tapes and records to MP3 somehow using Goldwave or something like it. Then,
I can simply search my hard drive for what I want to listen to, click a
button, and listen. This will be even better when I connect my PC to stereo
speakers. Now they also have these neat devices that will broadcast a smal
signal to a local radio signal where one could transmit audio from a PC to
any radio/stereo in the house via a radio frequency.

Those are my thoughts on how I am eventually going to proceed. Lots of ways
to take advantage of the PC now.
