Hi, Everyone.
I am a user of Jaws 4.0 with a pentium 4 computer.  When someone sends me an
attachment I seem not to get it.  When I shift tab I do not hear attachment
list view, the name of the attachment and the name of the file.  Before
opening the message Jaws tells me that the message has an attachment.  I
have system works 2002 on my computer and I have gone through several of the
utilities.  The computer tells me that everything is fine.  I am very
frustrated with this issue and want to read the attachments that friends
send to me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
