Here in Maine, Adelphia has already offered a "tiered" approach. They are
eliminating dial-up, and since a couple of the providers they have purchased
were dial-up primarily, they decided to offer a comparable ($19.95)
connection by cable. The offer was just made last month, and I believe
dial-up ends the 31 of May!

Don't know about the success of this, Adelphia has been busy trying to
peddle through finnancial troubles and the rumors that go with that!
