OOO!  Dusted this hoax off again.  It's been a while since I've seen this
one.

Sorry to disappoint you but this will never go to the president.  It is a
form of a chain letter hoax.  It is very touching, well written and a very
real problem, but never the less, it is a hoax as far as I know.

The key to all of these is whenever it says "send it to everyone you
know" then you know it is a hoax.
