Thanks for all the suggestions about the problem I wrote about the other
day, where the printer prints slow in MS Word but fine in Outlook Express.
I have talked with the tech working on this case, and have the following
update.

the printer is a new HP DeskJet, with its original cables. The computer is
running windows 98 SE, and it has 128 megabytes of RAM. The problem is not
a ZoomText issue, as it recurs whether the client is running ZoomText or
not. The client is running MS Word in Office 2000. Any further suggestions
or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
