Jay,
I have to disaggree. If people are going to make mistakes I would rather
have them send a reply to the sender rather than the list. When the reply
to is set to the list you inevitably get dozens of messages going to the
list that were meant for individuals. Then you get the additional couple
of dozen "apologies for sending that to the list" messages.
This way, if you forget to change the address when you reply to a message
it doesn't annoy every member of the list.
