The P4 was designed to use a high bandwidth memory, like RDRAM. There are
P4 systems being sold that use SDRAM, but this is a significant handicap for
the P4. So, as far as Intel processors go, I would stick with a Celeron or
PIII processor for use with SDRAM, but I would recommend going ahead and
using RDRAM if you get a P4, consider it just part of the extra cost of a P4
solution.
