amy's does have excellent products and many that are free of milk products.
but the mac 'n cheese made with soy cheese does have casein, fyi. their
cheese-free pizza is amazing, though, and is genuinely milk-free. the soy
cheeze pizza, on the other hand, *does* contain casein.
