This sounds great, Carla. Maybe you could draft an outline of critical points
to covered(you just did in you last post!) Put it in outline form of points
to be addressed, i.e, current age, age at which problems were first
encountered, daily lifestyle routine, sleep patterns, vitamins and
supplements, prescription meds, specific problems, etc.
