Kurt Hirschberg asked:
"Killing two birds with one stone and being a "new guy" I will say
hello and ask a question in one shot.
I am wondering if anyone may have information regarding Cram and
Goodhue. Specifically if Cram had any affiliations with other
architects post Goodhue? Possibly any before?"
First, hello and welcome to a generally entertaining and frequently
thought-provoking listserv full of opinionated people.
Second, I think there are two recent biographies of both Cram and
Goodhue that would probably answer your questions. Don't have the
exact titles , but they shouldn't be too hard to find.
I am going to the Library of Congress today or tomorrow and will
probably look up the Goodhue book, which I'm trying to find for
something I'm doing on the LA Central Library). If you want, I will
be glad to post the biblio info on it and maybe even look up the info
on partners.
