Once again, Ademola Iyi-Eweka shows a masterful grasp of history and
religion as they relate to each other. It is a delighful piece to read.
The intolerance of divergent and/or contrary views well highlighted by
Ademola is a very disturbing attribute of religious belief. All people being
God's creation (all religions seem to agree on that), how can the prescribed
ways of access to God be so irreconcilably different? Logic would suggest
that all but one of these religions are to put it bluntly a fraud. Or are
they just different facets of a multidimentional reality? In which case none
of them is +ACI-THE+ACI- way. Right? But then it would directly contradict some of
the quotes attributed to Christ in the New Testament... Hummmm... Back to
square one.
Perhaps the wise thing to do is just to accept it or reject it and not ask
questions that have no answers. As suggested by Ademola.
Your contibutions were excellent, my friend.
