There are still a few places available on a first-come-first-served
basis for the June 20 community dinner on race relations. There is no
admission charge. If you are interested in attending, please contact
the Mayor's Office (266-4611) as soon as possible.

INVITATION TO COMMUNITY DINNER
You are invited to a Community Dinner and Check-In on Race Relations.
There is room for about fifty additional Madison residents to
participate in the event to hear about recent accomplishments and plan
future activities. They will join Study Circle graduates, members of the
Common Council, Equal Opportunities Commission, Affirmative Action
Commission and others who have helped establish Madison's programs.
The Mayor's Community Dinner and Check-In on Race Relations will be
held Wednesday, June 20, from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m., at Olbrich Gardens, 3330
Atwood Avenue.
There is no admission charge to attend the Community Dinner but advance
reservations are required. People who are interested in taking part must
make reservations no later than June 13 by calling the Mayor's Office at
266-4611.
