It is a system file that cannot be opened. If you didn't put it on the
floppy wouldn't you think it was possibly put there by your computer? A
floppy isn't as important then your pc but never mess around with a file
if you don't know what it is. Why would you want to open a file that you
didn't know what it was? That could be very dangerous. Stop trying to
open all the files on your system that you don't understand before you
do some serious damage.
