Digital Web Magazine http://www.digital-web.com has a feature article
entitled "Accountability of Accessibility and Usability" by Anitra Pavka
which discusses accessibility issues of the airlines website.  She describes
how the site was evaluated and urges web designers to construct sites with
accessibility features as a means to improve overall usability.
