The APH (American Printing house for the blind) "Handi Cassette II"
has all those features, although it is a portable and about 1/4Th the size of the
old G.E.

It ain't cheap but does a pretty good job.  The recording quality may not
be up to real "talking book" standards as its a bit noisy.
