Hello its Marvin here.
Could someone help me?
I need some info on a couple of reports i need to do for one of my subjects
at my local college in Adelaide, Australia.
I need some information on how organisations store and dispose of documents
and which documents they keep, and release and whether they are public or
confidential documents.
also i need some info on how organisations and companies give good customer
service, customer feedbac and customer effectivenss in dealing with customer
grievences.
last report is to look at which technoligies and computer software employees
of companies use and how they use and what they use it for.
If anyone can help me, please send all links, attatchments (unless over 1
meg in hotmail, then zip it up).
and any other info via [log in to unmask]
I need to hand up the three assignments next week.
