The quickest way to get a cpu heatsink/fan would be to make
some calls to the the computer repair places in your area.
Or you can order one via internet
I found a socket 5 fan here:

Depending how hot the cpu runs, I would think
you could run it for a few minutes.
Amd processors do have a reputation for running hot.
Some of the 486's had only a heatsink, no fan.
